This game appears to be a copy of the 1935 USA game Baseball by Genco

Both games have this metal baseball at the bottom:

excerpts from Encyclopedia of Pinball v 2:
I think Bueschel is referring to this BASEBALL here, since it has the simple title so readily visible. He calls it an "original Japanese all-mechanical table called BASEBALL", but this game is obviously copying Genco's 1935 Baseball.
Genco's 1935 Baseball does not appear in any of Bueschel's pinball books, so perhaps he did not know of its existence, or remember it, when he wrote this. That seems odd considering when Genco's 1935 Baseball appeared in a large Billboard magazine advertisement. Could Bueschel have meant 最新式野球ゲーム? That seems odd too, since that gave has the obvious World's Series influence.

The Bueschel book implies that it is by 日本娯楽機製作所 (Japan Amusement Machine Mfg. Co., Ltd.) but Kazuo Sugiyama claims the manufacturer is 相浦遊戯機 (Aiura game machine) who made it for 日本娯楽機製作所 (Japan Amusement Machine Mfg. Co., Ltd.)
